Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered illithids who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Roger speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and retire the richest man in the east

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Laborer for the past few years.
