History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heward's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.
