History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Simon took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
