His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
