History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Frederick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Anselm alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trym hails from a village terrorized by giants. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
