History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: Gunter hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this northern man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people
