Description: This man is very fat, and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is auburn and very short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Randal was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Server. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with his sister.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
