History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and doesn't want to be a merchant and was forced into it by his family

History: Kyle was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.
