Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Shane was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

History: Born in the north to a Dyer, Diggory learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd mother left him crippled. He's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
