Outside of the suit he wears suspenders and white workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy white leather apron most of the time. His hair is blonde and curly. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Roger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Bellfounder like his father before him.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.
