Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy green pantaloons and a brown scarf, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to be a tanner again

Description: A moderately attractive man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and money/treasure

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is thinning but still full. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theobald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: This western man wears a blue Stetson hat and blue clothes. His clothes are grease stained in places. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Kyle hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born in the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He very much looks the part of a Bowyer. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Wymar was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has achieved small success as a Bowyer.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and doesn't want to be a bowyer and was forced into it by his family
