Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Justin's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Butcher, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

After coming to the age of reason, Dustin took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
