History: He got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Raymond lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Dyer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a map maker and was forced into it by his family

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
