History: Theobald hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
