Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this western man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Hubert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with green colored cloaks and clothing. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and to be a crown-heir again

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Barkeep, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a red shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy
