He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Thomas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Engraver, and he later adopted a second daughter.

He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his spear and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy
