His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Rolf took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He bought a hammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gilbert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mercenary, and he later adopted a second daughter.
