Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Simon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is an amazing painter.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His first spouse was a Miller, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Brewer for hire.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He carries a battered bow and tarnished shield as well. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A middle-aged man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Percival was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
