Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears tattered old clothes. His blonde hair is long and unkept. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: He stands about 6'3" and wears a blue shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and tan pants. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This slender man stands about 5'2". He wears bulky grey painted plate armor. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Priest, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears tattered old clothes. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Robert wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He has the majority of his body covered in plate, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'9" when asserting himself. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and an old rival family wants him found
