History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theodoric never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
