Description: A moderately attractive man, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, black shirt, and grey tie. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is silver and curly. He is baby faced.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Geoffrey does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He prefers to wear flannel. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
