Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears just a brown suit, marred by beers. His hair is golden and very short. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Everard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'6". He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This slender man stands about 6'2". He wears a tattered pair of loose tan pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mortician business.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Athletic, Professionalism, Artistic. Flaws: Racist. Occupation: Sailor

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has moderate length golden hair. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
