History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A true patriot, Frederick would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bookbinder. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Human Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. Rolf abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
