When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Sculptor and found it very stressful. He struck the Sculptor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Ploughman again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
