Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a fancy grey suit. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is portly but not overly obese. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He wears a brown costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born in the west. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants revenge against giants.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is an amazing painter.
History: Diggory was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Human compassion; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Spice Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Banker soon after.
