He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He uses divination through singing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a red vest and prefers green and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He wears his chestnut hair up. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
