History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Theobald's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born into a rich family. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Now he works as a dancing tutor during his time off.
