Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has worked as a Ruler like his father before him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
