History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Theobald never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
