Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He is physically well-built. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a bow on his belt, and he perpetually has his bow ready. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Balimaar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
