History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Everard was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal.
