History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by drow. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
