He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shepherd born in the past three hundred years. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dustin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
