History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and many giants want him driven away

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat, and is pretty ugly. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is black and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Alexandre will drive conversation. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Alexandre was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge
