History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. During his travels, Balimaar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Balimaar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Balimaar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Percival fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Arnold was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Arnold's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
