Description: This man stands a little under 6'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
