History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Thomas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Herbalist job and began his own company from there.

History: Born in the east to a Dyer, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.
