He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
