History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Ralf learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a Ruler soon after.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Unemployed who has hired him part-time. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
