History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gilbert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Lance was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
