History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'6" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
