History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Peter reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
