History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up work as a Hunter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Hunter and was forced into it by his family.
