Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Manfred was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
