Description: A 5'0" eastern man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Theodoric was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears baggy tan pantaloons and a blue scarf. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerald does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Assassin.
Motivation: To be a Apothecary again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is a Cook first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cook for hire.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.
History: Robert was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Navigator like his mother before him.

Personality: Norman wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: Born to a Jeweler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.
