History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
