Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His red hair is lengthy. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Robert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. The war was a terrible time for him, and Everard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Everard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Everard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears his white hair down. This amber eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Diggory was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has moderate length silver hair. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fisher, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
