History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hubert never married again. Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
