Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His tied-back hair is black. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. He has moderate length auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his halberd. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: To be a Laborer again.

Description: He tends to wear a large black jacket. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has moderate length blonde hair. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Sailor; and human compassion
