History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cartwright who has hired him part-time. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
